The Little School

For 35 years, The Little School, a nonprofit NAEYC-accredited preschool, has provided early education programs for Weston area families.  It is a place where community and learning come together in a nurturing, inclusive and creative environment for children ages 2 through 5 years old.

The Little School’s curriculum is built upon children’s interests, abilities and curiosity.  It is based on our understanding that children learn best in the context of warm, supportive relationships, which are at the heart of our educational community.  At The Little School, children learn actively through play, social interaction and experimentation.

Each classroom offers a welcoming environment that promotes the learning and creativity of each child through meaningful experiences for play and exploration, while supporting children’s potential as individuals.  Strong connections between school and families are essential for children’s learning and development.  Our goal is to create partnerships with parents in support of their children’s development and to serve as a resource for support and education.

Kinhaven Music School

Kinhaven is a summer of playing classical music with people who love nothing better in the beautiful Vermont countryside with an atmosphere of genuine sharing and support. In July there are weekly concerts by students and faculty open to the public free of charge.
